Law, health, education and criminal justice are uniquely demanding, and create a particular set of therapeutic needs. People who work in these fields may find that traditional therapy is not always responsive to these needs. Professional Counseling and Consultation is owned and operated by a clinical social worker with many years experience in these fields, and can tailor the therapeutic process to the address the demands unique to people working within these professions.
Mental Health Evaluations, Counseling, education and support of caregivers of people with mental illness is also available. Caregivers include spouses, partners, family members, friends and even neighbors who may be helping someone with chronic physical or mental illness.
Supervision for counselors, therapists, and licensure candidates is available for individuals and small groups.

Therapy is tailored to individuals and couples who may be experiencing relationship issues, anxiety, marital conflict, grief, depression, job burnout, and care giving issues. Critical Incident Debriefing, clinical social work supervision, counseling for lawyers, mental health professionals, college students and teachers, and anyone working the criminal justice is available on an individual or group basis. Kerry is also an Approved Supervisor in the State of Washington. |
